At the White Hart we believe that our beers should always be presented in prime condition and we take great pains to ensure that the quality is always high. We have a cooled cellar that maintains the beers at a constant 52 degrees Fahrenheit . We clean the beer pipes at the end of every cask to ensure there is never any contamination and we always minimise the number of beers available according to how busy we are so that we do not have too many beers that are not turning over. We usually have at least four beers with five available at weekends and during busier times like Christmas and the height of the summer.
